Registration
Most new features of this site are available only to Summit Homeowners. This means you must register and have your identity verified before you will be able to see these features. Don't worry, this is simpler than it sounds. Go to the top of any page and click on the 'register' link. You will be asked a few questions so we may identify you. Name, unit number, phone number, and email address. Please answer with the information we have about you on record. Click on the submit button and someone will reply to you with either more questions because we can't identify you, or with your password. This may take a few days, especially if it is done just before the weekend. Make sure to check your junk folders as well as the reply may have gone there. If you have not heard from us in a few days, please call Butner Homeowner Services at 760-934-8589 to see if they received your request.
 
Once you get your password, your first action should be to log in, review the site, read the policies, and make sure your profile settings and data reflect your desired preferences.
 
If you forget your password, just fill in the email address, which is set to your email address of record at The Summit, and click on the Forgot Password link at the bottom. Your password will be sent to you almost immediately. Again, make sure to check your junk folder.
