Welcome to The Summit, we hope your stay is enjoyable.
Below is some information about The Summit plus links to tourist and travel information.

Your first contact for answers to questions and resolving issues would be the rental agency or individual you made arrangements with.
  • Noise. Please be respectful of other visitors. No loud music, etc after 11 pm.
  • Spas, saunas, and pools are open from 10 am to 10 pm. Dogs and glass containers are not allowed in those areas. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Trash. Please secure the dumpster lids after disposing of trash and use the bear proof trash containers located throughout the complex.
  • Recycle containers are in the several bear-proof trash containers around the complex. See Recycling In Mono County for more information.
  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please dispose of pet waste. There are convenient bag dispensers throughout the complex
  • Smoking: The Summit is a non-smoking complex.  No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed on the Summit property
  • Parking. You should have been issued two and only two parking passes for your use. One for the assigned parking spot and another for parking in a guest parking spot located in garages and the outdoor parking lot outside the office. You may be ticketed or towed if you do not do so.
  • Emergencies - Call 911 if there is an emergency. More information on Emergencies.
  • Wood fires: it is important that you know and follow the instructions for using your unit's fireplace or wood burning stove. Never leave your unit with a fire burning unless properly secured or extinguished.
  • Smoke: Occasionally, smoke from another unit may enter yours through your unsecured wood fireplace or stove. Make sure your damper is closed.
