- The Summit is a non-smoking complex. No smoking or vaping is permitted on Summit property. Smoking is prohibited in condos, on balconies, in garages, and in all common areas.
- Noise: please be respectful of other visitors. No loud music or other noise after 10:00 PM.
- Spas, saunas, and pools are open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Dogs and glass containers are not allowed in those areas. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Trash: please secure the dumpster lids after disposing of trash, and use the bear-proof trash containers located throughout the complex
- Recycling containers are located in several of the bear-proof trash containers around the complex.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please dispose of pet waste. There are convenient bag dispensers throughout the complex.
- Parking: you should have been issued two parking passes for your use. One is for the parking spot assigned to your unit, and another is for a guest parking spot. These spots are located in garages and in the outdoor parking lot in front of the main office. You may be ticketed or towed if you park elsewhere.
- Emergencies: call 911 if there is an emergency
- Wood fires: it is important that you know and follow the instructions for using your unit's fireplace or wood burning stove. Never leave your unit with a fire burning, unless it has been properly secured or extinguished.
- Smoke: occasionally, smoke from another unit may enter yours through your unsecured wood fireplace or stove. To avoid, make sure your damper is closed.
- E-bikes are prohibited on sidewalks throughout the complex
